STABILO BOSS
Independant release January 2001

Recorded in June and July of 2000 in Yuba City, California, the band’s self titled CD was released in January 2001 and was made available online, at local music stores, at the Trinity Western University bookstore and through friends of the band.

Stabilo Boss garnered the band enough attention to earn a Canadian Radio Music Award and sold well over 5,000 copies on its initial release. The CD remains a fan favourite today; it’s remarkably well put together and the entire CD continues to be an enjoyable listen. Quite an accomplishment for a band’s first full length indie CD.

HAPPINESS AND DISASTER
Major label release (EMI) April 4, 2006

Happiness & Disaster is Stabilo’s first full length major label release. “Long awaited” and “highly anticipated” were best used to describe the release after a typically long wait.
The CD features yet another re-worked bonus track version of the Stabilo staple, "Everybody", as well as a new pop formatted version of Beautiful Madness complete with new chorus.
The first single, “Flawed Design” went on to become the band’s biggest single to date and earned them numerous awards, among them a Juno nod for “Best New Group”. The second single, "Kidding Ourselves" was well received on radio stations across Canada and "Don't Look In Their Eyes" was iTunes' (Canada) top downloaded song for the week ending March 31, 2006 and the third most downloaded single of the week in iTunes'(Canada) history. The song went on to become their third unofficial single, getting plenty of airplay across Canada.
The CD showcases the band’s growth and artistic talent and true to Stabilo’s past efforts, all songs featured are lyrically intricate, well balanced, melodic songs that can easily withstand the test of time.
